Domonkos is a founding partner of PL Advisors. In his career, Domonkos lead dozens of transactions in the financial services sector with a focus on alternative and traditional asset managers and their service providers. He has extensive experience with various transaction structures and is recognized for creative solutions to solve complex issues that arise in a transactional context. In addition to his M&A experience, Domonkos has also led and worked on debt- and equity capital markets transactions earlier in his career.

Prior to PL Advisors, Domonkos worked for Grail Partners, Lehman Brothers and Putnam Lovell as a financial institutions investment banker focusing on asset managers, custody banks and broker dealers. He was part of Lehman Brothers’ alternative manager coverage group that arranged several ground-breaking transactions, including the first IPO of an alternative asset management firm (Fortress). Domonkos also spent several years on the buy-side as a financial services sector analyst and was a member of the investment committee of Amber Capital, a multi-billion dollar event-driven hedge fund. Domonkos received his bachelor of arts degree summa cum laude from Queens College of Charlotte and his MBA from Brandeis University.
